Delivery

We provide a fast and efficient Courier Delivery and Delivery and Installation service for your furniture or equipment orders. We deliver to the whole of Ireland, including Dublin and the city’s surrounding area. Wherever possible, we offer a next-day delivery service.

Note - all delivery periods are working days unless expressed otherwise.

Courier Delivery

We deliver furniture and equipment to addresses throughout Ireland. We either use our own team or a reliable third party courier service. At checkout, when you enter your address, your delivery cost will be calculated and displayed.

For all orders which are processed off our website, they are assessed on a case by case basis depending on the goods being ordered, location and so on.Some of our products require assembly and in this case, installation service should be selected.

Delivery and Installation

We deliver and install furniture and equipment throughout Ireland. On checkout, when you enter your address, your delivery and installation cost will be calculated and displayed.

If Delivery and Installation is selected, the delivery time may increase depending on the workload of our installation teams. If you think this will have an impact on your requirements, it is advisable to contact our sales team.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the dimensions of an item in our product listing and ensure it will fit in the intended space. If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact our sales team for advice.
  • The space to which an order is delivered should be cleared, with adequate room for the furniture or equipment to be delivered and installed.
  • If other people are on site, they are notified that an installation will be taking place and our installation team can work without being impeded and without delay.
  • Parking for our vans should be arranged within a reasonable distance of the order’s final destination.
  • Delivery and or installation includes the ground floor only. Any additional floors will incur surcharges which will vary depending on if a suitable goods lift is available.

Exceptions

Although this service applies to the high majority of our products, there are some items where our Delivery and Installation service is price on application (POA). For example, acoustics panels, meeting pods, etc. We require further details before we can quote for installing products such as these.

Installation & Site Readiness

Delivery and installation are carried out on the basis that the site is fully prepared, with clear access and a safe working environment in accordance with current regulations. The Customer must ensure that adequate lighting, power, and heating are available, and that vulnerable areas such as carpets, walls, and other surfaces are suitably protected.

If delivery must be made via stairs or unsuitable lifts, or if additional phases of installation are required, additional charges may apply. Where delivery or installation cannot proceed due to incomplete site preparation, restricted access, or unsafe working conditions, we reserve the right to charge reasonable costs incurred.

Warranty

We are committed to our customers’ peace of mind, which is why all our furniture and equipment come with a guarantee. The length of the warranty varies, depending on the product. Some of our products come with a lifetime guarantee. Other guarantees that are available, include 25 years, 10 years, 5 years, 3 years, and 2 years. Refer to the product description for further information. If the guarantee is not specified in the product description, it will come with a minimum 1-year guarantee. Warranties are based on one standard 8 hour shift.

We will assign all rights passed on by any of our suppliers to the buyer, as far as it is able to do so. We will have the option of repairing or replacing any parts which are agreed to be defective, as long as they have been returned within a minimum period of one year from the date of delivery, at the buyer’s expense. Products that have been subjected to misuse, alteration, modification, overuse, defective maintenance, or wear and tear are excluded from this guarantee.

Returns

Consumers

  • If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods (“cooling-off period”).
  • Goods should be in "as new" condition. Deductions may be made for excessive use. Reasonable packaging should be used to protect the goods in transit.
  • Returns cost are chargeable at actual cost and deductions may be made for diminished value
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.
  • This right does not apply to bespoke / made-to-order items, or to goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Business Customers

  • Returns are accepted only with our prior agreement and within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned goods must be in their original packaging and fit for resale.
  • Returns cost are chargeable at actual cost and deductions may be made for diminished value.
  • This right does not apply to bespoke / made-to-order items, or to goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Pricing

Invoiced prices will be those currently charged by the seller when the order is despatched. We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are correct. However, in the event that a pricing error is made and an order is placed, the buyer will be told and given the option of either canceling the order or continuing with the order at the corrected price. Prices are all subject to VAT.

Orders

Please note, the seller’s website and catalogue serve as an invitation, not a legally binding document. All contracts comprise the buyer's order and the seller’s subsequent acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to the seller’s sale conditions. No other conditions are applicable unless expressly made in writing by the seller.

Delivery Periods

All delivery times are quoted in good faith but are not binding. The seller aims to deliver quickly and efficiently, but at times, may be delayed. Any losses incurred by the buyer as a result of delayed delivery will not be the liability of the seller.

Note - all delivery periods are working days unless expressed otherwise.

Storage Charges

Products will be stored before delivery to the Customer for up to 10 working days (2 weeks) before incurring storage charges. Storage charges will be charged at standard industry rates.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, industrial disputes, pandemics, government restrictions, supplier failures, or transport disruptions.

Working Hours

Delivery or Delivery and Installation will be carried out during normal working hours (Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays). If our logistics services are required outside of these days, additional out-of-hour rates will be charged.

Terms of Payment

The seller’s preferred form of payment is credit/debit card and electronic wire. Government organisations qualify for instant credit. Certain organisations can apply for a credit account. Credit accounts can be revoked at the discretion of the seller and without notice.

Retention of Ownership

Until payment has been completed and received, all products remain the property of the seller. The seller may recover products and can legally enter the buyer’s premises or wherever the products are located to do so until payment is completed and received in full.

Product Descriptions

All descriptions are provided as a guide, and efforts are made to ensure all are accurate and up-to-date. However, they are subject to change by the seller without notice. Please note, all supplied weights and dimensions are approximate, and stated maximum load capacities apply to evenly distributed loads only.

Communications

We enjoy keeping in touch with our customers so we may send you occasional updates about our current promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to receive any of our marketing emails, we provide a valid one-click opt-out option on every communication.

Reference Data & Digital Assets

We provide product data and digital assets - including CAD/Revit files, dimensions, finishes, specifications, imagery and brochures - across our website, PIM, Partner Vault, quoting software and other channels as a free reference resource. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate and current, manufacturers update product dimensions, finishes and specifications from time to time, and our files may not always reflect the latest version.

All such data is provided on an "as is" basis for guidance only. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify dimensions, finishes, availability and specifications with us before relying on them for design, specification, ordering or installation. We accept no liability for any loss, cost or damage arising from reliance on this data, including errors, omissions or out-of-date files. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including without limitation loss of profits, business, revenue, or opportunity.

Claims

The buyer must inform the seller of non-delivery within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. For shortages or damages, they must inform the seller within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Claims cannot be made if these conditions are not met.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
