Expleo
Expleo’s new Dublin headquarters establishes a dynamic workspace that brings the company’s bold and reliable brand identity to life. The office accommodates 66 working units and includes a variety of support spaces, combining open-plan zones with two executive boardrooms, six meeting suites, and two private offices.
A contemporary design language, acoustic performance, and a specific colour palette underpinned the scheme, creating cohesion throughout. Radius Office supplied, delivered, and installed the full furniture package to match the modern brief. The open-plan areas were fitted with Workscale.Design bench desks featuring grey tops and white frames, paired with ergonomic task chairs. The aesthetic is defined by a mix of grey and anthracite tones, energised by deep purple carpeting and vivid accents in turquoise and yellow. Meeting rooms and focus areas are equipped with versatile seating, including Bejot soft seating and Mute Booths.
The breakout room and two kitchens introduce warmth through wooden textures, contrasting with the bolder brand colours. Vertical wooden wall slats and acoustic wall panels were installed to support acoustic comfort and visual depth.
Sleek, organised workstations were ensured by the use of cable trays and vertical cable spines for efficient wire management. To support diverse working styles, the layout includes a designated "Collaboration Lab" for creative exchange.
In order to deliver a space that truly reflects Expleo’s forward-thinking culture, the project prioritised high-quality finishes and brand integration. The final result is a cohesive, practical environment that balances focus and collaboration with a unified material language.
